What will happen when I call you?

STAGE ONE
Your initial call or email will be met with courtesy, empathy and understanding and we are always happy to listen to your brief and advise you free of charge on the best way to proceed.

STAGE TWO
If you decide to retain our services, we will either come out at meet you at a venue of your choice and discuss every detail of what you want us to do, or take all of the case details over the phone. During this time, we will be taking notes on both you and the subject of the investigation to guarantee both a speedy and positive conclusion. We will also outline our fees at this stage and agree them with you. At all times during the operation, we will feed back information to you on our current position.

STAGE THREE
Once we feel we have enough information to conclude our investigation, we will make contact with you again and arrange a suitable and convenient meeting place to present our findings. Once you are happy with our result, we will sign any collected evidence over to you.

How much will your services cost?

Under normal circumstances, our time is billed hourly so it can be quite hard to establish from the start exactly what you final bill may be. However, we can set pre-arranged spending limits to suit your budget, or work out a fixed fee for the whole operation if you would prefer.

How long will my investigation take?

No simple question! An investigation can take anywhere from a couple of hours for a simple operation, to a few weeks. At all times, we will keep you informed of our movements and provide activity reports showing precisely what has been achieved each day.

Can I remain anonymous?

We will never allow your details to be disclosed to any party. Once closed, your file will be archived in a safe area and your details removed from our current contact database.

What will you do with any evidence you collect?

Any evidence collected will be passed onto you at the completion stage of the operation. If you require us to keep copies of evidence, we can also do this for you using our safe storage area.

Never. All of our activities are performed within the constraints of the law and to this point, this has never compromised the success of an operation.

No problem. We will simply work out how much the investigation has cost us in terms of travel and time expenses, and then close your file!
